Here are the foods you might avoid eating at night for a peaceful sleep and healthy morning:-

  • MILK

Lactose content of milk, especially if you’re lactose intolerant, troubles you with digestive issues all night and disrupts your sleep pattern.

  • PIZZA

Pizza always has a special place in our hearts. But did you know, pizza is a high source of calories and trans fats? Eating it at night can disturb you for a prolonged period as it sits in your stomach throughout the night.

Having excessive tomato sauce at night can lead to acid reflux and also slow down digestion.

Bread can lead to indigestion or constipation.

Red meat is a big no-no at night. Red meat is loaded with proteins and fats, which will make the digestive system work hard for a long time. So, you won’t just increase risks of weight gain but also become prone to early morning stomach problems.

  • FRUIT SALAD

It might be shocking, but fruits are rich in water which makes them diuretic. This will make you pee all night. Moreover, for some people, eating fruits sometimes leads to acid reflux and acidity.

People love to binge snacks at night. But having chips is not the right and healthy choice as it is fattening and hard to digest.
