Who doesn’t want to be the king of the whole universe? But one must need full control over their mind to do. So we can’t ignore mental health.
According to the World Health Organization, “Mental health is more than the absence of mental disorders. It is an integral part of health; indeed there is no health without mental health. Mental health is determined by the range of socioeconomic, biological, and environmental factors. Intersectoral strategies and interventions exist to promote, protect, and restore mental health.”
Mental health is a state of well being in which a person realizes his abilities to think, emote, enjoy, and interact with others. With this view, it is not enough to just know about mental disorders but to acknowledge and accept the reality. Mental health is far more important than your physical body. Harmony between your brain and brains is significant.
